Twin Lake Trucking is a growing company with many employment opportunities. We are looking for qualified individuals to join our team. Listed below are some of the employment opportunities Twin Lake Trucking has to offer!

Local, Regional, Line Haul, Van and Reefer, Intermodal and Flatbed Drivers.

  • Valid Class A CDL- Hazmat endorsement is recommended
  • Must be at least 23 years of age
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience

Regional (abt. 2300 - 2500 miles a wk) / Long Haul (abt. 2800 - 3500 miles a wk)

  • 2-4 yearsexperience $0.64 cpm 
  • 5+ yearsexperience $0.69 cpm
  • .04cpm less without clean MVR (clean MVR is no violations in last 3 years and less than 25 CSA points)

LOCAL DRIVERS PAY SCALE

  • Hourly starting at $26.00/hr (with hazmat $26.50)
  • Flatbed hourly $27.00/hr (with hazmat $27.50/hr)

ADDITIONAL PAY

  • + $.05 cpm for hazmat mile
  • + $.10 cpm Flatbed miles
  • +$.05 cpm oversize miles
  • +$.10/mi hauling CO2 cpm
  • $20 Stop offs
  • $25 per hour for detention after 2 hours must be on time
  • Partial pick up pay 25% ($100 cap)
  • Sign on Bonus $5000 (Local and Regional)

Bonus

  • Clean DOT Inspection Bonus -$100.00 bonus for ANY AND ALL CLEAN DOT inspections
  • Performance bonus HAZMAT END. REQUIRED $250.00/mth, no accidents / no incidents/ no log violations/ no call offs.
  • Safety Award Bonus $100.00 a year with no accidents/incidents/major traffic violations on your MVR (1yr = $100 2yr = $200 and so on)
  • Referral Bonus OTR = $5,000.00
